Unfortunately, we had to cancel the drawing competition because of hurricane Irene. Much of New York City and surrounding areas are still assessing the damage and public transportation is being resurrected but not expected to resume normal schedules by today.

Is it cancelled overall for this year, or just for that week?
You should still post the work and bios of the finalists.
