Nicholas Hiltner solo show at John Pence Gallery

Right now Nicholas Hiltner has a solo show at the John Pence Gallery in San Francisco. Hiltner is with us right now on the Hudson River Fellowship and this piece, which is included in the show, is what he painted while on the fellowship last summer. The show runs from July 1 - 31

Nicholas Hiltner article in American Artist Magazine


This article recently came out in American Artist Magazine about GCA instructor Nicholas Hiltner. Hiltner is also a senior fellow at the Hudson River Landscape Fellowship (check on this blog in July for updates from the fellowship) and he is preparing for a solo show at John Pence Gallery that opens July 1st and runs through the end of the month.

Figure show at John Pence

Coming up at the John Pence Gallery in San Francisco is "The Human Figure" running from 2/26 - 4/10. This group show includes several former students of the Water Street Atelier (before it merged with the GCA last year) including current GCA instructors Edward Minoff, Tony Curanaj, Sam Wisneski, Jacob Collins, Nicholas Hiltner, John deMartin, and Travis Schlaht.

The John Pence Gallery in San Francisco has a great show opening this week that includes several Grand Central Academy instructors and former Water Street Atelier students: Camie Davis, Sarah Lamb, Kate Lehman, Juliette Aristides, Tony Curanaj, Douglas Flynt, Nicholas Hiltner, Edward Minoff, and Sam Wisneski.
