Michael Klein's second flower painting workshop

The second flower painting workshop with Michael Klein was a huge success, with natural light filling the north studio. Here are a few photos, courtesy of Victoria Herrera who was taking the workshop.

Workshop report: flower painting with Michael Klein

Michael Klein's first Flower Painting workshop filled our North Studio with light, blossoms and greenery. Students arranged themselves around a variety of still-life's for the three days. Workshop two starts tomorrow!

Michael Klein's one man exhibition at Arcadia Fine Arts opens this thursday evening. May 13, 6 PM

After living in Buenos Aires, Argentina for the last 5 years, Michael Klein returns to New York and Arcadia Gallery for his second, one-man exhibition of new oil paintings. Klein studied at the Water Street Atelier with Jacob Collins. In a few months he is teaching two summer workshops at GCA on flower painting.

American Painting Video Magazine


This is the trailer for Michael Klein's new American Painting Video Magazine. For $10 you can download over two hours of content that includes a still life painting demo with Travis Schlaht and an interview with Jacob Collins. This is a fairly new project but it has recieved some great reviews on facebook from people who have watched the first issue. Michael Klein and Travis Schlaht both studied with Jacob Collins at the Water Street Atelier and now teach at GCA.
